An international insurance and financial services group is seeking a Change & Engagement Manager to join its central Operations & IT division .

Acting as a strategic connector across IT, Core Platforms (including AI), Data, HR, and Business Functions, you will ensure change initiatives are effectively communicated, adopted, and measured across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Change & Adoption workstream within the Operational Excellence strategy.

  • Design and execute change management plans for process, platform, and data transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with IT teams to ensure changes align with ITIL and operational excellence principles.

  • Collaborate with HR and Internal Communications to drive upskilling, engagement, and awareness.

  • Engage with business stakeholders to promote understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Support the introduction of AI/self-help tools as part of the transformation journey.

  • Act as an advisor to senior leaders, providing insight on change impacts and stakeholder engagement.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Change Management, Communications, or IT Transformation within an international, complex organization.

  • Solid understanding of ITIL and digital transformation frameworks.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with HR and Communications functions to drive adoption.

  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, adoption platforms, and stakeholder engagement methodologies.

  • Fluency in English (C1 level); additional European languages are an advantage.

Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation or higher

  • PROSCI, PMP, or equivalent change management qualification
