Compensation & Benefits:

In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €31.000,00 and € 44.000,00 commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.

Role and responsibilities We are lookingfor a Change Management Consultant for our Italian Offices based in Milan, Rome, Turin.

Avvale’s Change Management team is responsible for supporting our clients in managing change through the definition of strategies and planning of specific actions on the issues of communication, training and redesign of organizations.

As part of the team, you will: Be responsible for customer relations, promoting business development in terms of assist and support client companies in organizational transformations linked to the introduction of new technologies and/or new service perimeters; Have the opportunity to work in the definition or revision of organizational models, operational efficiency, definition of new organizational models; Support corporate change through Change Management practices and methodologies for the implementation and adoption of new technologies related to digital transformation. Among the technologies with which it will interface most are ERP systems such as SAP, but also Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems such as OneStream; You will be asked to work as part of a team to plan and execute business analysis: organizational and processes; Support to draw and implement an organizational model; collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.); Understand internal client needs and process specifications, to optimize corporate processes for continuous improvement.

Required Skills Minimum 4 years' relevantwork experience in consultancy companies (or similar positions) in at least one of the following areas: change management and communication, digital transformation, strategic and/or cultural transformation, program leadership; Bachelor or Master degree; Knowledge of ChangeManagement methodologies; Capable of analysing the organizational contextand mapping processes; Excellent relational, corporate sensibility and team-working skills; Precision, negotiation, problemsolving and deadlinemanagement skills; Good written and verbal communication; Flexibility, excellent analytical, managerial and relational skills; Excellent English.
