CACTUS is looking for a CGI – LOOKDEV Specialist to join our team in Milan.
We are looking for a profile able to manage CGI productions while having a strong understanding of look development and 3D workflows. The role focuses on ensuring visual consistency and quality across all stages of CGI projects for fashion and luxury clients.
The CGI Producer will work closely with creative and 3D teams, while directly handling the post-production phase, refining images through compositing, render passes, and final adjustments to ensure outputs that feel coherent, realistic and highly refined.
Requirements:
Proven experience in CGI production or similar role
Strong understanding of 3D workflows (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering)
Ability to manage timelines, teams and external vendors
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Ability to follow and translate creative direction into production processes
Important:
Strong understanding of LOOKDEV processes
Knowledge of render passes and compositing logic
Ability to supervise and refine lighting, materials and final outputs
Sensitivity to image quality, realism and consistency across assets
Location:
Milan – On site
