Private Equity-backed industrial company operating in the automotive components sector is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and support the company’s growth and value creation strategy.

The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Private Equity fund, ensuring strong financial governance, operational performance monitoring, and supporting potential M&A initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial controlling within manufacturing environments , with the ability to translate operational data into strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance function , overseeing accounting, financial reporting, planning and treasury
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning
• Strengthen industrial controlling , monitoring margins by product, plant and customer
• Provide strategic financial insights to support operational and commercial decision-making
• Prepare monthly reporting and KPI analysis for the Private Equity shareholders
• Optimize working capital and financial structure
• Manage relationships with banks, advisors and external auditors
• Support M&A activities , including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration

Requirements

• Significant experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or automotive environments
• Strong background in industrial controlling
• Experience working with Private Equity investors is a plus xdwybme
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Location: Lecco, Italy
