On behalf of our Client, Italian production company part of a multinational Group, we are looking for a
The role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Leadership Team and is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, ensuring economic solidity and sustainable growth. In addition, the CFO will oversee the Finance, IT and Human Resources departments , ensuring efficiency, innovation, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an analytical and strong communicative leadership personality who is responsible for the company’s economic efficiency. The ideal candidate is simultaneously a strategist, visionary, initiator, and doer with great future potential, a strong leadership drive, and the ability to develop concepts and strategies and implement them successfully and sustainably. He/she has clear accountability for results and works successfully within the management team.
Finance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure effective cash flow, treasury, and working capital management.
- Oversee accounting, statutory reporting, and management reporting.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Support the international headquarters with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
IT
- Promote digital innovation to support business processes.
- Lead digital transformation projects and ERP/CRM implementations.
HR
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR policies and practices
- Foster a company culture focused on performance, collaboration, and well-being, aligned with company goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, ideally within multinational or structured companies.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR).
- Strong knowledge of national and international accounting principles (OIC/IFRS).
- Familiarity with labor law regulations and HR best practices.
- Fluency in English and Italian; German language is a plus.
