As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a CFD Engineer in the Lifesciences Sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Execute ANSYS‑based CFD simulations to analyze and optimize the cooling performance of high‑voltage bushing components.
• Develop thermal–fluid models (CHT, convection, heat dissipation) and evaluate temperature distribution and hotspots.
• Provide technical reports and design recommendations to support product development and design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate simulation results and troubleshoot thermal‑fluid issues.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Energy Engineering with proven professional CFD experience .
• Mandatory expertise with ANSYS Fluent/CFX .
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to produce clear technical documentation and results interpretation .
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory .
