The position of CEO Italy at WR Logistics is now open, and we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to drive our operations and long-term growth in the country. This is a strategic role for a forward-thinking executive ready to establish a strong market presence and scale a high-impact B2B logistics business across industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop local operations, ensuring alignment with WR Logistics global standards
• Design and execute a strategic business plan tailored to the Italian market
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
• Cultivate partnerships with leading industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure companies
• Oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, and compliance
• Represent WR Logistics in Italy with strong industry presence and stakeholder trust
• Proven executive leadership experience (5+ years) in project logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
• Expertise in managing large-scale logistics projects, including equipment transport and industrial deliveries
• Knowledge of the Italian logistics market, with experience in both domestic and international transportation routes
• Strong B2B commercial skills, including business development and negotiation with industrial clients
• Financial and strategic acumen (budgeting, cash flow, P&L management)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver results quickly
• Ethical, self-driven, and ready to act independently with accountability

• Energy, renewables, and infrastructure projects
