Oversee the daily management of the Saronno educational centre, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies. Uphold and enhance the quality of tutoring services offered, ensuring that they meet the educational needs of our students. Collaborate closely with the local team to achieve educational objectives and support student success. Create and maintain a conducive learning environment that promotes engagement and productivity among students and staff. Implement effective strategies to improve student retention and satisfaction rates. Conduct regular assessments of tutoring programs and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics. Organise training and development sessions for staff to ensure they are equipped with the latest teaching methodologies and tools. Act as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, addressing any concerns and providing updates on student progress. Monitor and manage the centre's budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff, encouraging open communication and shared goals. Prepare reports on centre performance and present findings to senior management for strategic planning. Demonstrated experience in a management role or team leadership, preferably within an educational setting. Availability to work in Saronno throughout the duration of the fixed-term contract. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making, with a focus on achieving results. Familiarity with educational practices and a passion for enhancing student learning experiences. Previous experience in a similar role within the education sector or a related field. Knowledge of local educational policies and community resources that can benefit students. The role may involve occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate student schedules and special events.
