Location: Milan, Hybrid Work Model.

You will support our team as a Central Supply Planner (F/M/D) with responsibilities including managing replenishment, defining supply capacity needs, communicating and resolving supply issues, managing phase-in/phase-out situations, achieving stock and service levels, providing input on supplier performance, contributing to SCM projects, and developing capacity vs. demand assessment tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Applied Sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in SCM Planning, ideally in consumer goods or B2B sectors.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, IBP, etc.) and planning tools.
• Advanced English skills (B2/C1).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and intercultural skills, comfortable in a matrix organization.
