As a Junior Category Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - You will develop and execute Strategic Product Plans
- You will collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams
- You will analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback
- You will innovate and enhance Product Features
- You will monitor Product Performance and adapt Strategies
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- You have 1‑2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the beauty sector
- You are proficient in the Office suite, especially Excel
- You have a strong passion for the Beauty world and its continuous innovations
- You have an excellent knowledge of Italian and English
