Casa Laveni is the first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group , an international hospitality group with over 11 hotels across Europe . Located in Via dei Bossi , just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo square, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality and on placing the guest at the center of the experience.
For our opening team , we are currently looking for a:
Front Office Manager
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting the Front Office team , ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of problem-solving, process creation, and team development , working in close alignment with the hotel management and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the Front Office team on a daily basis
- Create and implement Front Office procedures, workflows, and service standards in line with hotel direction
- Ensure consistently high-quality guest experience, managing guest complaints and service recovery professionally
- Act as the main point of contact for guests during their stay when escalation is required
- Coordinate Front Office operations with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments
- Monitor reservations, room availability, rates, and PMS operations
- Support revenue management and reporting activities
- Train, coach, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines
- Work closely with the hotel management to continuously improve processes and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in boutique or luxury hotels
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations and PMS systems
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Additional foreign languages are a strong plus
- Ability to work hands-on in an opening environment and lead by example
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create structured working methods

- Full-time contract (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)
- Shift schedule: day shift (30-minute break included)
- Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week .
