Due to increased global growth, we are seeking a CARGOWISE SPECIALIST (Italy based, supporting ALPI Denmark)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Cargowise Specialist to work from Italy while supporting ALPI Denmark.
This role focuses on technical activities and process improvement within Cargowise, with a structured onboarding path and close collaboration with both Italian and Danish teams. You will help optimize processes, manage incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Cargowise incidents.
- Participate in process improvement analysis together with key users.
- Perform configuration adjustments for ALPI Denmark (no coding required).
- Test Cargowise updates and new functionalities.
- Join weekly Global Cargowise meetings and assist the DK team when needed.
- Contribute to internal documentation (procedures, workflows, process notes).
Requirements
- Must Have Fluent English (C1 preferred).
- Strong technical mindset and ability to work with complex systems.
- Motivated to master Cargowise and its processes.
- Nice to Have Experience with Cargowise (CCS/CCP certification is a plus).
- Basic understanding of freight forwarding processes.
- Experience with workflow documentation.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
