Capital Markets & Treasury Platform Analyst

In response to the rapid growth of our client base, we are expanding our Product Design team at the offices of our Italian subsidiary in Trento , continuing to deliver exceptional solutions to the market.

The role

As a Product Analyst  (functional analyst) role, you will be instrumental in shaping innovative financial solutions. Whether you are an experienced professional (Senior ) or an aspiring talent (Junior ), you will work in a collaborative environment to:

• Design, develop, and test advanced financial software solutions.
• Provide expert advice and create detailed documentation in partnership with our Delivery and Support teams.

Requirements for the Profile

Qualifications:

• Degree in Financial/Mathematical Engineering, Mathematics/Physics , Economics with specialization in Quantitative Finance;
• Strong analytical background with experience in financial software development or consulting.

Hard Skills:

• Solid knowledge of financial instruments (e.g., fixed income, derivatives, forex).
• Proficiency in trade capture, valuation, portfolio management, and financial risk analysis.
• Familiarity with databases and financial math tools (MATLAB, Python preferred).
• Understanding of industry-standard operating models, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
• Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
