Job Title: Retail Capital Markets, Associate Director
Department: Capital Markets
Location: Milano
Main Activities:
- Responsible for the assigned projects, with a specific focus on High Street and outlets, as well as private investors, contributing to definition and achievement of the economic\financial objectives for the Line of Business;
- Directly in charge of a process from offeringegotiating mandates and throughout execution, w\ the supervision of the manager and coordinating junior members of the team.
- Identification of new opportunities and monitoring of competitors’ operations within the own area of specialization, leveraging on a consolidated knowledge thereof.
- Collaboration with the other LoBs within Capital Markets and departments of the company (A&T, Property Management, etc.).
- Direct liaison w\ customers and investors to be kept duly informed about marketing activities and results both through formal (e.g., periodic reports, continuous correspondence) and informal channels.
Profile Requests:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years related experience;
- knowledge of the industry, in terms of both stakeholders and assets, preferably with a specific focus on private investors and HS \ outlets;
- skilled in project-management and goal-oriented;
- commercial acumen, also for the sake of sourcing new opportunities;
- comfortable in negotiations, as well as able to deploy a flexible and creative approach to address complex situations;
- leadership in liaising with junior resources
