A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Financing & Treasury Area, we are looking for a **Capital Markets & Financial Risks Management Expert** for our Rome, Montello office.The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Activities on Debt Capital Market and Equity Capital Market, with direct experience;
including activities for renewing the EMTN program;
* Detection of exchange rate risk - monitoring of the Group's commercial and financial hedging needs;
* Management of reporting related to law 262.**Educational qualification**Master's degree in economics or related disciplines**Seniority**Senior: at least 5 years of experiencePrevious experience in Finance/CFO is preferred. Experience gained in staff functions is welcome**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Technical skills in both Debt Capital Market and Equity Capital Market, with direct experience;
* Knowledge of the exchange rate and interest rate market;
* Knowledge of tools formitigating the various financial risks to which a company is normally exposed;
* Management of reporting related to law 262**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Work organization and precision;
* Autonomy and responsibility;
* Proactivity;
* Strong sense of urgency;
* Problem solving.**Language skills:**Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 – C1 level).**IT knowledge:*** Excellent knowledge of the Office Package.**Other** (*e.G.
