Mission
The Manager of Campaign Program is responsible for leading the activities necessary to prepare to launch a campaign to the field . Relevant Field Action types include Safety Recalls and Emissions Recalls.
Main Responsibilities
- Provides a parts heads-up and kick-off document to the extended team
- Sets up component kits and works cross-functionally if revisions are required
- Obtains spare parts agreement from the supply chain team
- Manages internal Campaign Execution Tools (ereca/esigi/wirace) and acts as the main point of contact for these systems
- Responsible for generating the vehicle identification number (VIN) list in the company system (Sagai)
- Sets up phasing and VIN segmentation by defined parameters
- Defines parts requirements by VIN for each campaign
- Ensures data accuracy in the system and investigates any potential issues that may arise
- Leads improvements to internal campaign management tools CaDET and acts as the business interface with IT
- Develops an understanding of vehicle VIN involvement across different markets; coordinates parts management plans with Purchasing and technical service teams
- Responsible for research and analysis of recall closure-related issues, including system interactions and data flows between internal tools and corporate systems
- Support the refinement, continuous improvement and implementation of recall administration processes and documentation
- Create communications to the customer and dealers
- Work with cross functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Quality, Service, Purchasing, After Sales, Warranty , Finance , etc.) to ensure the necessary technical information’s & Communication package to execute field action is available in due time at the right level of maturity
- Acts as process/system owner and provides back-up
Requirements
- +5 years experience
- Good multicultural behavior & relationship

- Flexibility & Adaptability
- Fluent in English
- MS Excel
- Appreciated : Knowledge of/ ERECA / E SIGI and Warranty system / SAP/DAPIS
- Appreciated : experience in AFS TSO organization
