Positions available (Luxury Italian Fine Dining Restaurant – Kuwait):
Head Waitress – 725 KWD (~2,350 USD) + Benefits
Waitress – 550 KWD (~1,780 USD) + Benefits
Location: Kuwait
Benefits provided: Company housing, transportation, meals, visa.
About the Role – Waitress
As part of the service team, the Waitress ensures a memorable and refined dining experience by delivering exceptional service with attention to detail. You will represent the restaurant’s luxury standards and create lasting impressions for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and personalized service to guests.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and with finesse.
Ensure tables are set to fine dining standards before and during service.
Collaborate with colleagues and support team members to guarantee smooth operations.
Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain grooming standards and a polished appearance.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waitress in fine dining or luxury hotels.
Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a high-pressure environment.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Italian are a plus).
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
Interviews:
We will be conducting face-to-face interviews in Rome on the 7th & 8th of September.
