We are looking for a CAM/CAD Programmer to join our team and play a key role in bringing our products to life.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing product designs and defining the most efficient production cycle along with the most suitable manufacturing technologies. You will develop the CNC programs required for component machining, ensuring that each process delivers dimensionally compliant and fully repeatable parts.

You will also be a central player in the analysis and resolution of dimensional and visual non‑conformities , working closely with technical and production teams to maintain high quality standards and ensure reliable operations.

Your Key Responsibilities


  • Develop 3–5 axis CAD/CAM programs and run machining simulations to optimize turning and milling processes before production.
  • Define manufacturing technologies , cutting tools, and machining parameters, preparing the related technical documentation and supporting machine setup and tuning on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering to determine workholding solutions and with Quality to identify critical dimensions and measurement references.
  • Lead the prototyping phase through product qualification, analyzing dimensional reports and performing process reverse engineering to support continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues , coordinate with Purchasing on required consumables, and provide training and support to machine operators.


Your Skill Set


  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings , including tolerances and GD&T.
  • Advanced knowledge of turning and milling processes for metallic materials (stainless steels, high‑strength alloys).
  • Proficiency with 3–5 axis CAM programming software and solid understanding of cutting tools, geometries, and machining parameters.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills , with attention to detail in process optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills , collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams.
  • Educational background : Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, plus specific training in CNC/CAM programming and machining technologies.
  • English and Italian language proficiency (min B2) required
