GRS Ventures Ltd, founded in 2025 in London, is an AI-powered venture builder aimed at accelerating startup success by 60% through data-driven validation, strategic consulting, and full lifecycle venture development. Focused on transforming early-stage ideas into market-ready companies, GRS leverages innovative technologies like AI-based consumer behavior analysis and market intelligence.

Role Description

You will act as Founder & CEO (or Co-Founder) of the new startup, with full ownership of vision and execution, supported by our studio team with the structure, tools, and execution power to turn your vision into a venture-ready company. In this role, you will lead all aspects of launching and scaling innovative ventures, from ideation and market research to business model development and strategic implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, establish partnerships, and drive business operations while ensuring strong growth and market presence. The role demands hands-on leadership and active contributions to strategic vision, sales initiatives, and team building.

We are looking for builders, not just idea generators.

Ideal candidates

  • Have strong domain expertise or first-hand experience with the problem they want to solve.
  • Are execution-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and accountable for results.
  • Have prior experience in startups, scale-ups, consulting, product, tech, or operations.
  • Can commit full-time (or near full-time during the build phase).
  • Are motivated by ownership, long-term value creation, and asymmetric upside.

Technical and non-technical founders are both welcome. Prior fundraising experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research experience to identify market opportunities and validate business models.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with partners, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership in business development or venture creation.
  • Deep understanding of startup ecosystems, venture capital, and technology trends.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
