Call for AI Trainers & Experts – AI4I Academy

The AI4I Academy is seeking highly skilled

AI trainers, AI experts, and industry speakers

to join its network of collaborators and contribute to the design and delivery of high-impact Artificial Intelligence learning programs.

We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in

Artificial Intelligence, adult learning, instructional design, and training delivery

who are interested in collaborating with AI4I Academy through future co-design and training opportunities.

This call aims to build a qualified network of external experts that AI4I Academy can engage for training initiatives, workshops, executive programs, technical labs, and industry-focused learning experiences.

The Opportunity As part of its mission to accelerate AI adoption and support organizations in their digital transformation journey, AI4I Academy is developing a network of trusted trainers and experts capable of delivering learning experiences for different audiences, from employees and professionals to technical specialists and executive leaders.

Selected experts will be mapped according to their expertise, experience, availability, geographical mobility, and collaboration preferences, with the possibility of being involved in future training projects through collaboration agreements.

Areas of Expertise AI4I Academy Aims To Build a Network Of Experts Capable Of Supporting The Development And Delivery Of Learning Experiences Across The Following Streams

AI Adoption Foundations – Core AI literacy programs for all employees

Sector-Oriented AI – Market and industry-specific vertical programs

Strategic AI for Leaders – Executive and Top Management programs

Expert Labs (Technical) – Technical deep dives for specialists

Function-Oriented AI – Programs tailored to specific functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Supply Chain, and more)

Your Profile We are looking for professionals with experience in the following areas:

Experience in adult learning and professional education

Experience designing learning journeys and training materials

Proven experience delivering workshops, courses, executive sessions, or professional training programs

Artificial Intelligence Expertise

Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence technologies, applications, and practical use cases

Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning experiences

Experience applying AI in professional, industrial, or organizational contexts

Ability to address both strategic and technical audiences

Knowledge of AI governance, regulatory frameworks, and the EU AI Act, including implications for organizations, risk management, and workforce upskilling

Experience with Generative AI systems, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows

Experience designing, developing, integrating, or explaining AI agents and agentic AI systems to support business and organizational processes

Basic to advanced coding and technical implementation skills, such as Python, APIs, AI development frameworks, automation tools, or low-code/no-code environments, appropriate to the target audience and learning objectives

AI4I Academy welcomes applications from professionals with complementary profiles, including learning experts, AI practitioners, industry specialists, AI governance experts, technical developers, and agentic AI architects. Not all applicants are expected to possess expertise across all domains.

Additional Assets

Experience as a speaker at conferences, events, or corporate programs

Experience collaborating with companies, universities, research institutions, or innovation ecosystems

Ability and willingness to travel across Italy for training activities

Strong communication skills in Italian and/or English

Compensation Compensation will be defined based on expertise, teaching experience, seniority, and the scope of the engagement.

Additional compensation may be considered for activities such as

course design, content development, assessment activities, and other contributions to AI4I Academy initiatives.
