We are seeking a Calibration Engineer with experience in automatic control systems, vehicle calibration, onboard instrumentation, and vehicle dynamics to support testing and validation activities within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibration and tuning of automatic control systems (ADAS, chassis, powertrain)
- Execution of vehicle dynamics tests (handling, braking, stability, ride & comfort)
- Test activities at proving grounds, including Applus+ IDIADA (Spain), and on-road validation
- Setup and management of onboard instrumentation and data acquisition systems
- Data analysis, interpretation, and technical reporting
- Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
- Availability for international travel (Spain)
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experience in vehicle calibration and testing
- Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics
- Experience with data logging and measurement systems
- Valid driver’s license and strong driving skills (mandatory)
- Good level of English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel for test campaigns
