Role: Technical Specialist – C/C++ Support Engineer
Location: Warsaw, Poland or Bari, Italy
Hiring: Permanent or B2B Contract

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
- Analysing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
- Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
- Ensure up to date documentations
- Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
- Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
Preferred background
- Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
- Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
Preferred personal qualities
- Service minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas
- Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
- Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
- Working in a structured and analytical way
