Buyer

We are looking for an experienced Buyer with strong mechanical knowledge to join the Procurement team of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group

The ideal candidate has a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term supplier relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Co-development and independent implementation of the purchasing strategy and procurement plan
• Conducting purchasing negotiations, implementing procurement processes, and independently concluding contracts
• Continuous market observation/analysis and derivation of recommendations for action
• Supplier management (including search) and development, as well as participation in supplier audits and qualifications
• Identification and realization of savings potential
• Optimization of purchasing processes with a focus on digital transformation
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Project Management to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Support to the engineering department in product industrialization activities
