What do we look for?

  • Having at least 5 years of experience in similar positions in F&B or Food & Beverage sector
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety issues and applications
  • Developed butchery skills (meat cutting, portioning, etc.)
  • Focused on guest satisfaction under all circumstances in a high-paced working environment
  • Attaches importance to teamwork
  • Preferably being a graduate of Cookery Vocational High School, Gastronomy Vocational High School or Bachelor's Degree

What will you work on?

  • Preparation and follow-up of meat processing and shredding processes according to company standards
  • To control stocks and ensure that they are completed by sharing the needs with the manager
  • To fulfill the storage and storage conditions of the materials used in the department in accordance with the procedures and instructions, to ensure that they are brought
  • Ensuring the protection of products within the scope of cold chain
  • To comply with occupational health and safety, quality, food safety, hygiene standards
