CBRE GWS is looking for a candidate for the Sales Support role at the Milan office. The selected person will work closely with Business Development Managers and have the responsibility to verify requirements and prepare all necessary documentation for participation in bidding processes.
Additionally, the candidate will support event organization and preparation of presentations and promotional material needed to introduce the services of the relevant Business Unit to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Manager in all phases of the tender process.
- Verify requirements for participation in the tender.
- Prepare necessary documentation for tender participation.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities and suggest strategies to exploit them.
- Assist in organizing client events.
- Support in the production of presentations and promotional material.
- Ensure colleagues complete activities on time and meet CBRE quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Basic knowledge of economic and administrative concepts (costs, revenue, operating margin, discount, markup, invoicing, payment terms).
- Preferably at least 3 years of prior experience in the installation or facility management sector.
- Good knowledge of computer applications (Office suite).
- Good level of English.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills, dynamic, good stress management and initiative.
