About the
Role
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Specialist to join our team, responsible for end-to-end B2B business operations and client management. You will act as a key bridge between the company and global clients, drive business development and maintain stable client partnerships, supporting our business expansion across core target sectors. You will work cross-functionally with our global sales, engineering, and production teams to optimize business workflows, address client demands, and deliver measurable results to support overall business growth tar
gets.

Develop and implement daily B2B business routines in line with company development stra - tegies.Manage full-cycle client communication and relationship maintenance, foster long-term cooperative relationships with existing and potential c
- lients.Handle customer inquiries, quotation preparation, order confirmation, production tracking and delivery coordination to ensure smooth order exe
- cution.Participate in business negotiations, contract review and filing, and ensure all business activities comply with company rules and industry sta
- ndards.Collect market trends, competitor information and client feedback, and provide actionable analysis for internal decision-
- making.Coordinate cross-departmental resources to resolve technical, production and after-sales issues raised by c
- lients.Prepare, sort and update business documents, client files and presentation mat
- erials.Monitor business data, compile regular reports, and continuously optimize business effi
ciency.
Qualif
- ications
2-4 years of professional B2B business experience, with relevant background in manufacturing, industrial components or precision engineering sectors p - referred.Solid practical experience in client management, order follow-up and business coor
- dination.Native or professional full proficiency in English (written and spoken), capable of professional business writing and cross-party commu
- nication.Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to independently handle various business s
