Advisory Solutions Italy is seeking a candidate to join the team as Business Product Senior Analyst. The team supports the Wealth, Private, and Premium networks in building model portfolios and managing the fund offering, also from a product governance perspective. It creates and maintains client-ready marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored advice on multi-asset class portfolios, including traditional and alternative investments, with an opportunistic and idea-driven approach.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as discretionary portfolio managers, client advisors, and product specialists to deliver the firm’s best investment ideas and solutions.
- Lead high-quality investment discussions in both one-on-one and small group settings.
- Conduct fund selection and market analysis to support advisory efforts and client presentations.
- Collaborate in the commercial development and growth of Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) solutions–both liquid and illiquid–within client portfolios.
- Prepare pitch books, technical documentation, and client-facing materials in line with regulatory requirements and MiFID II standards.
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of investment experience, preferably in a private banking or wealth management context.
- Proven expertise in asset allocation and portfolio construction.
- Deep knowledge of mutual funds and the European regulatory framework (particularly MiFID II).
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in close partnership with team members, client advisors, and portfolio managers.
- Native Italian speaker; fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- CFA Charter will be considered a plus.
