About the Role
We are looking for a Global Business Process Owner – Commercial & Order-to-Cash Transformation to lead the end-to-end transformation of our ERP landscape, with a primary focus on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365) .
Own and transform the global Order-to-Cash process across the commercial ecosystem, including CRM, eCommerce, pricing, and customer experience.
You will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating closely with regional teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The role requires aligning diverse market requirements into a standardized global process model while ensuring effective adoption across regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and own the global O2C process blueprint
- Drive innovation in order management, allocation, and fulfillment
- Define customer promise and order orchestration logic
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and IT
- Drive global alignment across Europe, Asia, and the Americas
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, order management, or transformation roles
- Fluency in English is a must have (minimum B2+)
- Experience in end-to-end O2C processes
- Experience in transformation programs (ERP, digital, or process)
- Strong understanding of how ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems support business processes
- Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
- Ability to design scalable commercial processes
- Strong stakeholder management across regions
- Ability to balance customer needs with operational constraints
- Experience in business process modeling and standardization, including the use of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar methodologies to design, document, and optimize end-to-end processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer goods
