As a business partner, you will act as a strategic account manager and senior consultant, leading business growth and digital transformation for clinical and regulatory life science services. You will find new commercial opportunities and analyse business processes, providing strategic and technical direction to expand key accounts. This role combines strategic advisory and operational execution with a strong focus on innovation and digital enablement.

Location – Verona, Italy

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership to boost business growth, focusing on digitalization of services.
  • Develop new commercial opportunities, maintaining and expanding key strategic accounts.
  • Identify solutions for clients business needs.
  • Collating data about the clients business, through different methods.
  • Provide solutions to clients needs with substantial evidence and practicality.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and delivery excellence.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders with clear commercial justification.

Skills and experience

  • 10+ years experience within the life science sector.
  • 5+ years consulting / business development experience in a line management position.
  • Competent knowledge of pharmacovigilance, clinical trials and the relevant regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Experience leading end-to-end strategic consulting projects.
  • Literate in the use of IT and digital technologies
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Degree or Master’s level education in relevant field.
