Business Operations & Strategy Associate

We are looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Associate to help us turn cutting-edge robotics into real-world deployments. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team across operations, market analysis, strategic initiatives, grant applications, and business development support. This is a broad role at an early-stage company, meaning you will not just execute, but help build the internal playbook. You will contribute to how we prioritize markets, prepare materials for customers, partners, and investors, and support the operational foundations that help the company grow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial automation
• Support strategic projects related to partnerships, market entry, and commercial prioritization
• Support the launch of our Italian office in Rome.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, business cases, and other materials for customers, partners, investors, and grant applications
• Help identify and apply for relevant grants and public funding opportunities
• Support customer and partner conversations through research, preparation, and follow-up
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop tailored materials and project documentation
• Help improve internal processes, reporting, and coordination across teams
• Maintain organized documentation and CRM records
• Feed market insights back to founders to sharpen our go-to-market and growth strategy

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, business development, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable preparing clear presentations, reports, and business materials
• Able to work across multiple topics and bring structure in a fast-moving environment
• Hungry, resourceful, and energized by building something from the ground up
• Persistent, self-organized, and proactive
• Passionate about robotics and technology-driven solutions
• Fluent in English and Italian; French, German, or any other language(s) are a plus
