BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p. A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry.

We are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs.

We are currently looking for a Business Manager that will mainly ensure :

  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of a customer account guarantee a correct understanding of customer needs in terms of expected deadlines, costs service level and technical requirements;
  • Ensure that during the lifecycle of product everything is done in compliance with agreement with clients;
  • Prepare and constantly update the commercial forecast and potential revenues;
  • Actively involved in the negotiation of commercial contracts, review the terms of the contracts and sends comments to the legal affairs department; define in the Master Service Agreement the high-level handling mechanisms of the contract (ex. forecast mechanism, technical aspects of the contracts and calculation of the yields);
  • Make all the efforts to increase the business value with the existing clients by promoting BSP capacity and facilitating key position meeting to encourage the growth or the business;
  • Monitor progress status to identify corrective actions in order to maximize client satisfaction and revenues from the production order, in compliance with contract requirements (deadlines and service level);
  • Collaborate with the involved parties inside the plant in order to identify, propose and carry out an efficient plan to settle the issue, while protecting BSP interests and image;
  • Ensure the development and management of good relationships with clients of the plant: constantly keep in touch with clients, fully understand technical requirements of clients, propose potential technological development plans in order to build and retain clients loyalty towards BSP and contribute with potential new technological requirements of clients, whilst fostering and seizing new business opportunities;
  • Interact with Quotation group for the evaluation of costs of new job orders providing the materials, technical details to support the preparation of any new quotation;
  • Lead, track and follow up key project activities to ensure alignment with agreed-upon timeline;

Requirements :

  • Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering or related field
  • Professional knowledge of English
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same role in pharmaceutical organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, business-oriented, client-oriented
  • Fluent english is a must
