Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance and proactively address issues to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an HR Manager or Business Manager, preferably in the IT sector.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
• General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reasoning ability, and good independent judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
