Business Manager Interniship - Bologna

Job Description

You will join our team in Bologna, Italy, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Information System & Digital business lines. You will gain hands‑on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients.
• Support preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Participate in the search and pre‑selection of candidates.
• Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members.
• Support the organization of internal events and team‑building activities.

Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
• Thriving in a multicultural and fast‑paced environment.
