Job Description
You will join our team in Bologna, Italy, as a Business Manager Intern, supporting the development of our Information System & Digital business lines. You will gain hands‑on experience in business development and recruitment activities within a multicultural and dynamic environment, directly contributing to the expansion of our company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and prospecting to identify potential clients.
- Support preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Participate in the search and pre‑selection of candidates.
- Contribute to the definition of recruitment strategies and talent network creation.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding and integration of new team members.
- Support the organization of internal events and team‑building activities.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eligible for an extracurricular or Master’s internship agreement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Genuine interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
- Thriving in a multicultural and fast‑paced environment.
