Your role As a Business Manager, you will be at the heart of our Italian development strategy. You will drive business growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence, acting as a true entrepreneur within the company. Key responsibilities Business Development & Management Build and develop a portfolio of key accounts (large groups, SMEs, and high-tech startups) Manage and grow the existing accounts Identify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystem Lead commercial negotiations and proposals (staffing, projects, service centers) Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis (semiconductors, automation, energy, etc.) Recruitment & Team Management Identify, recruit and onboard top engineering talent Build and manage your own team of consultants Follow-up on career development and performance of your engineers Ensure engagement and retention of your team Delivery & Operations Supervise project execution in collaboration with technical teams Guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships Manage project profitability and business KPIs Strategic Contribution Contribute to the growth strategy of ELSYS Design - ADVANS Group in Italy Develop partnerships with local ecosystems (industry, clusters, universities) Support the structuring of the Milan entity Profile required Education & Experience Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent 3 to 7 years of experience in business management and development in engineering services / consulting industry Proven track record in B2 B sales and client relationship management Skills Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to operate in a fast-growing international environment Results-oriented, autonomous, and structured Languages Italian: Native English: Professional level French: A strong plus Why joining us?
