PRIMARY FUNCTION

The primary responsibility is to extend the implementation of the Sellout sales tool across the entire Iveco dealer network, ensuring its alignment with specifications and timely execution. This requires an active engagement with Dealers, software houses and internal IT department to ensure the reliability and consistency of the information collected. At the same time the role requires strong analytical skills to handle relevant datasets by defining and building analyses that can generate useful insights for Sales team.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the point of contact for Dealers and internal stakeholders for the Sellout sales tool
  • Lead the deployment of technical interfaces between Dealers and Iveco engaging with DMS software houses and internal IT department
  • Within the deployment of new interfaces be in charge of the data certification process, perform accurate transmission monitoring and guarantee the consistent setup and maintenance on the platform already deployed
  • Be actively engaged in maintaining proper analysis through the provision of reliable and on-time KPIs
  • Assure communication is structured and consistent among internal and external users
  • Design and develop improved analysis leveraging Business Intelligence tools available within the Company
  • Be independent in the construction of functional analysis documents through collection and organization of business requirements


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree or equivalent in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics or Computer Science
  • Previous experience in a consulting company specialized in dealers system and retail inventory or previously employed in a similar department within an international company; proved knowledge of the dynamics of a strong developed dealer network is a plus
  • Excellent analytic skills using Excel
  • Consistent knowledge of relational databases concept, independent in writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge of at least one BI tool for reporting and visualization (QlikSense or Cognos Analytics are a plus)
  • Familiarity with Databricks platform
  • Mandatory strong fluency both oral and written in English (C1)
  • Italian speaker is a strong plus, knowledge of German or French language is a nice to have
  • Awareness of basic principles in vehicle after sales business
  • Strongly developed communication capability at all levels, with the ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously with minimum guidance within a challenging business environment
  • Able to organize daily priorities and respond to frequently changing targets
  • Availability to travel to Dealers premises to support new integration
