Who You Are (No Buzzwords - Just Truth)

You’re probably someone who:

• Gets bored of “just reporting” and wants to drive decisions
• Can jump from dashboards → C-level conversation without blinking
• Knows that a chart is useless if it doesn’t change behaviour
• Is as comfortable leading a workshop as fixing a broken report
• Thinks in impact, not output

Your Toolbox

• Advanced BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik (or similar)
• Strong Excel + curiosity for AI-powered analytics
• Fluent English (bonus points for Spanish or French)
• Elite communication skills - you simplify the complex
• Sharp analytical thinking + ability to juggle multiple priorities
