POSITION SUMMARY :

Reporting to the General Manager Surgical EMEA, the primary focus of this role will be to manage cross-functional activities within the EMEA Surgical Team, supporting Sales and Marketing activities by optimizing both internal and external processes. The candidate will also be responsible for integrating all of the existing Sales and Marketing platforms, enhancing their impact on the business.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Description of major duties and responsibilities of the role.


  • Manage cross-functional activities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Define statistical correlations between actions and outcomes, providing statistical data to the BU
  • Develop and maintain integration amongst the various business platforms used by the BU
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required and associated tasks
  • Work collaboratively across the sales and marketing functions to support both new and current activities
  • Own and drive projects through to completion, corralling internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution
  • Develop integrated reporting systems to support the decision process
  • Optimize the internal processes between Operations, Sales and Finance
  • Actively seek internal and external data sources
  • Support the Management of the BU in the business review


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum level of education/experience required.
  • Degree in Statistics or Data Science or any other Quantitative discipline
  • Ideally, at least one year’s experience in a relevant or similar statistics based or data management role
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience with digital and social media platforms

SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS : Additional preferred or required qualifications.


  • Proficient in Windows, MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • In depth knowledge of Excel and Tableau
  • Communicate verbally and written with a diverse audience (internal and external)
  • Communicate clearly at all levels within the organization
  • Public speaking skills with the capacity to present in front of large groups of individuals
  • Fluency in English language necessary
  • Organize information quickly and multi-task to meet commitments
  • Ability to work independently, accept accountability, and be self motivated
  • Excellent time management, prioritization skills
  • Collaborate, negotiate, influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with an enthusiastic, high-energy personality and a positive, collaborative approach
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed.


TRAVEL REQUIRED : 20%
