We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our WeUni Sales Team in Turin. Your mission will be to represent the WeUni brand and its suite of digital marketing services, forging strong relationships with key decision‑makers within the Higher Education sector.
What You'll Do
- After a comprehensive onboarding program, you will become the engine of our growth by proactively building your sales pipeline.
- Primary focus on high‑volume outbound activity: cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to key decision‑makers in the Higher Education sector.
- Master first contact, turning cold leads into warm conversations and qualified opportunities.
- Take full ownership of results, driving revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Language Prowess: Exceptional communication skills with mandatory professional fluency (C1 or higher) in both English and French.
- Proven Experience: 2–3 years in a B2B Sales or Business Development role, where cold calling and proactive outreach were key responsibilities.
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree (or higher).
- Mindset: Proactive, resilient, goal‑oriented, unafraid of rejection, and motivated by the challenge of the sale.
