This is a pure outbound role — focused on building pipeline from scratch, breaking into new accounts, and converting high-potential businesses within key commercial verticals, including: Consumer goods Lifestyle & fashion Specialist and enthusiast categories Secondary market / resale Emerging digital commerce channels Ideal for

What You’ll Do Own outbound pipeline : High-volume phone, e mail & LinkedIn outreach using AI tools + self-sourced leads Qualify opportunities to successful leads : Run structured discovery on product range, commercial potential, and scalability Drive quality & discipline : Maintain CRM accuracy and strict qualification standards Collaborate cross-functionally : Ensure smooth transition to onboarding and go-live teams Hit targets : Deliver against pipeline and revenue-focused KPIs

What You Bring 2–4 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development Strong BD mentality with proven pipeline generation Professional Working Proficiency in Italian + English Resilient, high-energy, and target-driven Based in-market with right to work
