The Role
We are seeking a self-directed outreach specialist to own and operate our prospecting and email campaign infrastructure end-to-end. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching, and engaging senior business development and licensing executives at pharma and biotech companies on behalf of our deal team.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute targeted multi-step email outreach campaigns
- Source, verify, and enrich contact and company data to create high-precision prospect lists
- Configure and continuously optimize campaign sequences and deliverability infrastructure
- Monitor engagement metrics and iterate based on data
- Maintain organized CRM and outreach pipelines
- Align campaign messaging with active mandates and strategic priorities
Required
- Demonstrated expertise with cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or equivalent)
- Strong command of data enrichment and prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to build targeted prospect lists and reach decision-makers systematically
- Track record of campaigns that generate meaningful engagement and booked meetings
- Fully independent operator
Big Plus
- Background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a significant advantage. Our targets are senior BD, licensing, and corporate strategy executives. Understanding clinical development, deal structures, and industry language directly impacts campaign credibility and results.
- Proficiency with AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate research and execution
- Prior experience supporting deal teams, advisory firms, or investment banks in healthcare
