Business Development Representative – MED Region (Internship)

Location: Remote/Milan, Italy

Position: Full-time

The Role

We are looking for a high-potential, Italian-speaking student with a tech-driven, execution-oriented mindset to support our Senior Sales Manager in driving meeting pipeline creation across Southern European markets (Italy, France, Spain). This is a remote position.

You will operate at the front line of our Go-To-Market motion, combining cold calling, analytical research, and advanced use of sales technologies to generate qualified opportunities for the Sales team. This is a real growth opportunity within a structured, performance-oriented environment for someone who wants to learn B2B outbound sales from the ground up.


What You’ll Be Doing

The bulk of your tasks will be practical and operational, including:

  • Execute structured, high-volume cold calling toward target accounts
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage leads, track activity, and report in HubSpot CRM
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and engage decision-makers
  • Qualify leads according to shared Sales criteria and GTM processes
  • Book high-quality meetings for Senior Sales Managers
  • Consistently hit activity and quality KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)


In addition, you will also have the opportunity to develop professionally:

  • Conduct deep analytical research on companies, industries, and buyer personas
  • Apply a data-driven Go-To-Market approach, continuously refining targeting and messaging
  • Learn and apply new sales and GTM tools beyond CRM (prospecting, enrichment, automation, research)


You Are…

  • Currently a student — you could be studying business, marketing, communications, sales, or related fields
  • Fluent in Italian with professional proficiency in French, English, and Spanish
  • Tech-enthusiast: fast, curious, and highly comfortable adopting new digital tools
  • Confident and execution-driven, with a strong interest in B2B SaaS, Go-To-Market strategy, and enterprise sales
  • Someone with prior experience (even short) in operational, sales, or customer-facing roles is a definite plus
