Your challenge

We’re looking for a Business Sales Representative with a strong fintech background and proven success in selling SaaS B2B products. Your goal will be to expand Tot’s customer base by identifying, engaging and converting potential customers into long-term partners.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fintech scale-up at a key growth stage — where your results will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.
What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target segments.
- Contribute to cross-selling and upselling by identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing customer bases
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demo to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimize the sales funnel and improve customer experience.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and retention.
- Stay on top of fintech trends and competitors to fine-tune our go-to-market approach.
- Represent Tot at industry events and networking opportunities.
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
- Proven track record in selling digital products or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of the financial ecosystem and SMEs’ needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset: you know how to use KPIs to guide decisions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and a collaborative attitude.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
Nice to have
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with subscription models and upselling strategies.
- Passion for fintech innovation and the SME ecosystem.
