Your challenge

We’re looking for a Business Sales Representative with a strong fintech background and proven success in selling SaaS B2B products. Your goal will be to expand Tot’s customer base by identifying, engaging and converting potential customers into long-term partners.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fintech scale-up at a key growth stage — where your results will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.


What you will do


  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target segments.
  • Contribute to cross-selling and upselling by identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing customer bases
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demo to negotiation and closing.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimize the sales funnel and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and retention.
  • Stay on top of fintech trends and competitors to fine-tune our go-to-market approach.
  • Represent Tot at industry events and networking opportunities.


What you need to succeed


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in selling digital products or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the financial ecosystem and SMEs’ needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset: you know how to use KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and a collaborative attitude.
  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English.


Nice to have


  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiarity with subscription models and upselling strategies.
  • Passion for fintech innovation and the SME ecosystem.
