Business Development Manager – Unattended Payment Solutions (Italy)


Are you experienced in selling unattended payment solutions across sectors such as EV charging, vending, transport, or retail? Do you thrive in a technical, solution-selling environment where integrated systems and APIs are part of your daily language? Would you like to drive growth across Italy and nearby European markets for a global payments innovator?


We are supporting a leading provider of payment technology in the search for a Business Development Manager - Unattended Payments, responsible for expanding their presence across Italy and neighbouring markets such as Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.


This position focuses on new business development within the unattended payments space, delivering integrated, self-service payment solutions that meet complex customer needs. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.


Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless solution integration, applying your technical understanding of APIs and system interoperability to deliver comprehensive solutions rather than standalone terminals.


Key requirements:

  • Proven experience selling unattended payment solutions (e.g. EV charging, vending, transport, kiosks, supermarkets)
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems and APIs
  • Track record in solution selling and new business development
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel across Italy and nearby countries
  • Ideally based in Milan with a hybrid working arrangement

Package:

€80,000 – €90,000 base salary + 40% bonus + car
