The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with local SMEs (PMI, piccole e medie imprese) to generate and convert new business. The candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills.

He/She, should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact targeted client
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing / sales / Business Development
  • 2-3 years' prior experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Fluent in english (written is enough)
  • Advance use of linkedin, sales navigator, CRM tools

Other Requirements

  • possess laptop (mac preferred due to shared tools)
  • Posses Partita IVA
  • Own car and willing to travel 3-5 days a month within lombardy region however focus is Como / Milano / Novara / Pavia / Bergamo.
