Business Development Manager ( MI / CO / VA)

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with local SMEs (PMI, piccole e medie imprese) to generate and convert new business. The candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills.
He/She, should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact targeted client
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing / sales / Business Development
- 2-3 years' prior experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Fluent in english (written is enough)
- Advance use of linkedin, sales navigator, CRM tools
Other Requirements
- possess laptop (mac preferred due to shared tools)
- Posses Partita IVA
- Own car and willing to travel 3-5 days a month within lombardy region however focus is Como / Milano / Novara / Pavia / Bergamo.
