• Lighting knowledge
• Technical and commercial skills
• Balanced tactical and operational skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service
• Practical, hands-on mentality
• Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
• Persuasive sales and influencing skills
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
• Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting agency work
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head of Sales to develop business in the region
• Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users)
• Develop new projects and report in Salesforce
• Provide training to agencies and customers in Italy
• Promote the BLE system and collaborate with agencies and HQ
• Gather market information and communicate with marketing
• Achieve targets and budget
• Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
