Business Development Manager Italy – Dental Industry
On behalf of our client, a multinational company in the dental secto r that is launching operations in Ital y, we are looking for a Business Development Manager Ital y. The role is designed for the start-up phase of the Italian marke t and combines direct commercial responsibility with the opportunity to evolve into a broader managerial position as the organization grows locally
.Key Responsibilitie
sThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the Italian marke t through direct commercial activities, with a strong hands-on approac h. The role includes managing relationships with key customers, distributors, and dental practices, actively driving sales performance, and contributing to the definition and execution of the go-to-market strategy in Italy
.Main Activitie
- sDirect development of sales activities in Ital y, including field sales and commercial meetings with key stakeholders in the dental market
- .Management and development of relationship s with key accounts, distributors, and dental clinics
- .Achievement of agreed sales target s and systematic monitoring of performance
- .Contribution to market analysis, identification of growth opportunitie s, and competitive monitoring
- .Close collaboration with headquarter s and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, quality, and finance
- .Active contribution to the future set-u p of the Italian sales structure
.Requirement
- sExperience in sales or business development roles within the dental industry or closely relate d medical sectors
- .Strong track record in developing new market s or business opportunities, preferably in start-up or early-stage contexts
- .Solid knowledge of the Italian dental market, including dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and distributors
- .Strong commercial mindse t with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach
- .Fluent English is required
