€40K – €55K – (Commissione fino al 50% senza limiti)

Role Overview

Il nostro cliente, una realtà in forte crescita nel settore della ricarica per veicoli elettrici e dell’energia, è alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager con forte mentalità “hunter” per espandere la propria presenza in Italia nel segmento della ricarica AC domestica.

Our client, a rapidly growing company in the EV charging and energy sector, is looking for a highly driven, hunter-style Business Development Manager to expand their presence across Italy within the domestic AC charging market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through high-volume outbound activity (cold calling, outreach, and field engagement)
  • Identify, approach, and onboard installers, wholesalers, and distribution partners across Italy
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline, converting leads into long-term customers
  • Sell AC EV charging solutions for residential/home use
  • Position products within the wider home energy ecosystem (solar, storage, smart home solutions)
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, providing product education and commercial support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of revenue targets and deliver against ambitious growth objectives

Key Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record in a high-activity, hunter-style sales role
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: EV charging (AC preferred), Solar / inverters, Electrical / energy solutions
  • Strong experience selling into installers, contractors, or distribution channels
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipeline from scratch
  • Understanding of residential energy solutions is advantageous

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Based in Milan or Turin, with flexibility to travel as required
