A leading global solar technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the EMEA region. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and securing contracts for large-scale solar projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across target EMEA markets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities—from initial engagement to contract closure.
  • Build strong relationships with developers, EPCs, IPPs, and financial stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and track market trends.
  • Support pipeline forecasting, pricing, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project success.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate CRM records.


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale PV or similar complex deals.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Existing network within the European solar ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
