POSITION SUMMARY:
As key member of interventional team, you will have responsibility for the growth and development of the Peripheral Interventions portfolios, reporting directly to the SE region Commercial Director.
You will develop and maintain relationships with all internal and external key stakeholders, including Clinical Medical Affairs (CMA) and EMEA marketing functions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assistance and support for salespeople in identifying sales opportunities for assigned territories by product line.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set sales goals, and provide ongoing coaching and training - Provide accurate sales
forecasts and report regularly on progress.
• Drive and support actions and sales team with a mindset strongly oriented on data driven decision.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure the team meets its objectives.
• Manage relationships with KOL and important influencing institutions within the territory.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
• Recruit, hire and develop new salespeople
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Drive the area investments comply with expense budgets as directed by management.
• Participation in trade shows anywhere as directed by management.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• This role would suit an experienced Sales Professional selling medical devices into Vascular surgery and/or Interventional Cardiology/Radiology.
• Whilst full training is given on the products, this role would suit an individual who thrives from autonomy, with an aptitude for technical and clinically challenging products, is self-starting, eager to learn new skills and happy to work outside of their comfort zone.
• You should ideally be educated to degree level in life-science or business qualification.
• You should be a strong team player, highly analytical, and have a high level of IT literacy.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: up to 75%.
