Business Development Manager - Hospitality Tech

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Account Executive who knows how to turn a conversation into a customer. You'll own the full sales cycle — from first outreach to signed deal — selling Cora to hotels, property managers, and hospitality groups across Italy and beyond. You already get the hospitality world (bonus points if you've sold tech to it), you love being in front of clients, and you close. What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS / tech
  • Experience selling to the hospitality sector (hotels, property managers, facility companies) — or a strong hospitality background moving into tech sales
  • A track record of hitting (and beating) targets
  • Consultative seller: comfortable running demos and talking to owners, GMs, and C-level
  • A self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch and work autonomously
  • Fluent in Italian, solid English
  • Comfortable with CRM and modern sales tools
  • Based around Milano or happy with a hybrid setup, and up for visiting clients

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of hospitality accounts
  • Run tailored product demos that show teams how Cora makes their day easier
  • Hit and exceed your quarterly targets (new logos & ARR)
  • Partner with marketing and BDRs on inbound and outbound
  • Keep your CRM clean and your forecast honest
  • Bring the voice of the customer back to the product team
  • Represent Cora at industry events and trade fairs
